Boardly: How We Work
Video: Mark and Bek introducing Boardly (60 to 90 seconds)Sound familiar?
It isn't you. BAS, payroll and super rules keep growing and eat whatever time there is, so the books slip. Books that are behind can't tell you anything, so you stay the only one who understands the numbers, stuck working in the business instead of on it.
Our promise
We bring your books up to date to each month-end within 7 business days, and every month you see in writing whether we did.
We code and reconcile the week's transactions, then send you one list of anything we need from you, like a missing receipt.
We close the month and send you a short note: the date your books are current to, anything still open, and our on-time record with you.
We prepare your BAS in time for you to approve it before it's due. Bek, our registered BAS agent, lodges it once you've signed off.

How it works
Four steps, from a first conversation to books you can trust, and a plan that grows with you.
Who you'll work with
We're based on the Sunshine Coast and work with owners right across Australia. You hand us the backlog, the mess and the part you dread. We treat it as the part we love, and hand you back clear financials you can use to make decisions.
Bek is a registered BAS agent, so your BAS is prepared and lodged by someone registered with the Tax Practitioners Board. Working alongside us is the Boardly AI team, and you'll meet them all on our About page.
Meet the teamBook a discovery call. It's the first step of our Decision-Ready Assessment, and you'll come away with a straight answer on your numbers and what it would take to make them decision-ready. The booking page sets out the fee and what's included.
